Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policy will be accepted when it is initiated at least 24 hours before the scheduled playtime.

1. In case of unintentional cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as an accident, illness, or fever, the guest needs to provide a medical certificate or related official document to be eligible for a refund of the purchase. You can contact Flying Hanuman by phone or send an email with all the necessary paperwork. Please ensure that all documents are legible and include relevant dates and details.

2. No-shows at the designated pick-up time without any prior notification will result in no refund being given under any circumstances. It is the guest’s responsibility to arrive at the pick-up location on time or to inform Flying Hanuman of any delays or issues.

3. Changing the Play Date or Play Time will incur additional charges:(This is only if you use our transfer services, to the park and decides to change your day & time).

4. If you purchased your ticket through a third-party distributor or agent (not directly from our website), please note that the cancellation policy may differ. In such cases, the policy will depend on the terms and conditions set by the specific distributor or agent. We recommend contacting your point of purchase for clarification on their cancellation terms.

5. For group bookings of 10 or more persons, a separate cancellation policy may apply. Please contact our customer service team for details on group cancellations and any potential penalties.

6. In the event of severe weather conditions or other safety concerns that result in Flying Hanuman canceling the activity, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Partial refunds may be considered for guests who need to cut their experience short due to unexpected emergencies. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
