Operated by SKY TREK ADVENTURES Co., Ltd., these Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and adventure activities. By making a booking or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Participation Requirements

Please review before booking

The following conditions may prevent participation:

  • Pregnancy
  • Heart disease, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions (including diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, or congenital diseases)
  • Recent surgery or injuries (within the past 12 months), especially involving the back, hips, legs, knees, or feet
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Severe fear of heights

4 – 70 years old

Must be fully 4 years old on the activity date

Weight limit

Maximum 120 kg

Zipline, Roller, and Luge

Final determination of fitness to participate is at the discretion of our safety staff.

Weather Conditions Policy

Rain, storms, and safety

  • All activities operate as normal in rainy conditions.
  • Rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund. However, customers may reschedule their time or date (subject to availability).
  • In case of strong winds, storms, or unsafe weather conditions, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations until it is safe to proceed.
  • By confirming the booking, customers acknowledge and accept these weather conditions, and all operations are subject to on-site staff discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

Cancellations are accepted if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled playtime. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for all cancellations or partial refunds.

Unintentional Cancellations

For cancellations due to accidents or illness within 48 hours of playtime, a medical certificate is required for a refund.

No-Show Policy

If you miss the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
No refund for no-shows

Date/Time Changes

If you need to change the activity date or time on the same day, an additional transportation fee will apply based on your new location within Phuket.
Additional transport fee may apply

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased tickets from a third-party distributor or agent, their cancellation policy may differ. Please contact them directly for details.
