Guidelines & Safety Policies

Flying Hanuman does best for the environment and we make our activity most secure to let everyone enjoy the wonderful experience without disturbing nature and having no worries on a trip. It is important to follow our procedures and policies as follows. Here at Flying Hanuman we are committed to preserving forest natural beauty and the surroundings, of the green jungle. Our ziplines and platforms are designed to minimize impact on the forest ecosystem. Our guides are knowledgeable about the local ecosystem and will share insights into the area’s flora and fauna, and how we keep the area and trees protected.

When you are on a tour with our adventure park we keep our groups to a minimum of 10-12 people per group size per each guide and each zipline course. so different courses may or may not require more than 10-12 people. It just depends on our available guides. But everyone goes up the course every 5-10 minutes upon arriving at the park. We make sure that each guests is enjoying their time on the zipline courses, and our experienced guides will help you through the entire course.

Dos

Enjoy your activity onboard keep your valuable belongings in a locker. For your convenience and peace of mind, we provide secure lockers at our base station. We strongly recommend storing all valuable items such as phones, cameras, wallets, and jewelry before starting your adventure. The company will take no responsibility for any damage or loss if you carry items on board. Always listen to your guide. This includes directions on how to properly use equipment, navigate platforms, and interact with the environment. Ask guides for help or needs.

DON’Ts

• Do not litter during your playtime. You must dispose of any waste in designated bins at our base station or carry it with you until you can dispose of it properly.
• Look-Not touch/keep your hands and body away. when we say Look not touch it is for a reason and for the safety of all of our guests. Our course offers unique views of local flora and fauna. While we encourage you to observe and appreciate nature, it’s crucial to maintain a safe distance.
• No smoking onboard. We would like to keep the environment safe, not only for our nature but for our guests as well. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire course and surrounding forest areas.
• Do not jump from the Platform. This safety precaution is here to protect all customers, and the platforms are for your safety and ours.
• Do not unclip the equipment by yourself while you are on board. This is because we do not want any accidents while on the courses. This is your safety equipment, if you feel uncomfortable or need any help, please ask a guide.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• It is recommended that all guests wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and shoes that are secure for their feet. Flying Hanuman involves a light level of physical exertion. So you will be hiking and climbing staircases during your adventures.
• The customer’s weight must not exceed 120 KG. We recommend only children 4 Years of age participate with the required weight of an average child. If underweight, they will be on zipline adventures with the help of our professional guides.
